In his role as Sr. HRBP for Hired's Global Technology, Marketing and Finance teams, Grant is responsible for developing strategies to attract, engage and develop Hired employees. Grant is a big proponent of leveraging data to drive decisions on all People related matters. Previously, Grant held roles in both People Ops and TA functions for GSN Games and Bleacher Report. Grant is a massive European Football fan, and in the absence of the US was rooting for England to take the World Cup home this summer.
