Equal Pay Day Panel 2018 - Video Recording

In honor of Equal Pay Day 2018, Hired commissioned acclaimed artist Val Britton to create a pop-up art installation inspired by the data from our third annual Gender Wage Gap reportThe Shape of Change was on display at Minnesota Street Project in San Francisco during the week of Equal Pay Day.

We hosted eight discussion-based events in the installation space over the course of the week, including a panel on Equal Pay Day. By exposing our data to guests in a new and artistic way (literally), we fostered creative dialog around gender parity in the workplace and closing the gap.

Enjoy our recorded Equal Pay Day panel discussion featuring leaders at Dropbox, Evernote, Niantic, LendingHome and Zillow Groupmoderated by Hired.
