Alaina Percival is Chief Executive Officer of Women Who Code, a global nonprofit dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers. Under Alaina’s leadership, Women Who Code has grown to serve more than 137,000 women in 20 countries and 60 cities across the globe. This thriving movement offers more than 1,500 free technical and leadership events, per year. In addition to her role at Women Who Code, Percival is an accomplished tech speaker, appearing at WSJ.d Live, WITI, Belfast Technology Conference, Grace Hopper, Columbia University’s Social Enterprise, MIT’s Venture Capital and Innovation Conference and more. Alaina has been interviewed by Forbes, Wall Street Journal, Wired, and other publications across the globe to share her expertise on best practices for increasing diversity in tech.

Prior to Women Who Code, Alaina worked at PUMA's headquarters in Germany, as well as Riviera Partners and Snip.it, acquired by Yahoo. Alaina is an Angel Investor in 4 startups and a CodePath Advisor.

Aubrey Blanche is the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Atlassian. Her work spans the talent lifecycle from increasing access to technical education through recruiting, retention, and advancement of all Atlassians. She relies heavily on empirical social science in her work, and has developed a new team-level paradigm for external diversity reporting. She believes that leading with empathy is the key to driving meaningful, sustainable change and creating highly effective teams.

In all areas of her work, she seeks to design effective interventions, programs, and talent practices that create equal opportunities for all. She is heavily involved in defining new standards for company transparency, reporting, and investment in diversity & inclusion. She is an advisor to SheStarts, a Sydney-based accelerator for female founders, BeVisible, and Joonko. She is the co-founder of Sycamore, a community fixing the VC funding gap for underrepresented founders.

As Hired’s Senior Vice President of People, Kelli leads the team responsible for enabling Hired to rapidly grow and scale effectively. She’s passionate about building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic work environment for Hired’s growing global workforce. Prior to Hired, Kelli was a Vice President of Human Resources for GitHub, and held senior Human Resource positions at Nook Media, RockYou!, Yahoo!, and Intuit.
