About this webinar

The people you hire determine both the success of your business and your culture. While hiring for "culture fit" was the norm, it ran the risk of creating an ideologically similar workforce.

In this webinar with Hired, Stripe, Asana and Lattice, a team of panelists will explore the concept of hiring for "culture add" - the practice of screening for cultural contributions your company lacks - and it impacts team performance.
