Yuki Horiguchi

Global Head of Total Rewards, Dropbox

Yuki Horiguchi is currently the Global Head of Total Rewards at Dropbox, where she is responsible for their compensation and benefits programs. She got her start as a software QA engineer, then did a stint in finance and finally found her calling in HR. She has held various compensation benefits and HRBP roles over the past 12 years at companies including SurveyMonkey, Acxiom and Genentech. Prior to her work experience, Yuki spent a lot of time in school, getting her BS in Math from the College of William and Mary, her MS in Applied Math from the University of Washington and her MBA from Harvard. Yuki lives in San Mateo with her husband, son and daughter.

Rachel Ernst

Vice President of Employee Success, Reflektive

Rachel Ernst is the Vice President of Employee Success at Reflektive, where she oversees the end-to-end HR function, consults on best practices with prospects and customers, and builds product content. Her career in HR spans compensation, learning and development, leadership coaching, people analytics and organizational design. She strives to evolve the performance management  ecosystem to fulfill its ultimate goal - creating a work environment where people are enabled to be their most productive and authentic selves. 

Before joining Reflektive, Ernst led Quantcast's learning and development team, and then oversaw HR business partners and HR Operations. Prior to that, Ernst served as Director of HR at Fidelity Investments, partnering with executives in the institutional business arm of Fidelity, as well as building base, bonus and career structures for multiple Fidelity businesses. Ernst earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and German at the University of California, Davis and an MBA in International Business from the Brandeis International Business School.

CEO, Hired

Mehul Patel is CEO of Hired, a marketplace that matches tech talent with the world's most innovative companies. Prior to Hired, Mehul was Executive-in-Residence at Crosslink Capital, where he focused on marketplace companies. He has held leadership positions at Lyft, Kaggle (a marketplace for data scientists) and Axiom (a marketplace for lawyers). At Axiom, he led global expansion as the company scaled to more than $150mm in revenue
